Sales are considered as final, with the exception being the product is determined as defective by the manufacturer, represented by Graco Guns.

Shipping
We encourage all our customers to make an appointment and pickup their order at Graco Corporation, during business hours. Tuesdays are preferred. If you are not able to pickup your purchase in person, we are able to ship to your preferred FFL near you where pickup can be arranged. Pickup may be regulated differently in your state. Please check with your states regulations and firearm purchasing procedures to ensure that you are able to purchase firearms online and have them delivered to your local FFL for transfer and pickup. The FFL may have transfer/pickup fees associated with arranging a transfer for you. Please contact your preferred FFL to verify this information and procure the pertinent information for the successful and legal transfer of your new firearm purchased from Graco Guns. We will do everything we can to get your new firearm shipped to you as quickly as possible, but please be patient as shipping might take a few days to leave our facility.
